Job Overview

The Transition Manager role is a key position within an organization, responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and implementations of business and technical projects.

This position plays a vital part in initiatives focused on location strategy, process improvement, digitization, and expense reduction. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong presentation and written communication skills, and knowledge of transition and project planning and tracking tools.

  • Transition and project management of initiatives related to location strategy, continuous improvement of processes, promoting digitization and expense reduction initiatives.
  • Execution and support of the Company Strategy.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses for project initiatives.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and team expectations and relationships.
  • Identify resource needs for the project and establish roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
  • Coordinate contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance in the scope of work and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years experience in transition or project management.
  • 5 – 7 years' experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), shared services, or financial services.
  • Post-secondary education and equivalent business experience.
  • Thorough understanding of products, administration compliance, operations, and systems including business desktop applications.
