Business Development Executive
At Funtomato Consultancy, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive our growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to attract potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients, including networking, attending industry events, and cold calling.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with the recruitment process and addressing any issues that arise.
Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze client feedback and market data to refine business development strategies and improve service offerings.
Proposal and Contract Management
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to potential clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and met.
Sales Target Achievement
- Set and achieve business development and sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Brand Promotion
- Promote the company's brand and reputation within the industry through various channels, including social media and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
