Job Opportunity:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Development Associate.

About the Role:

  • This position plays a critical role in project conceptualization through market research and analysis, formulating financial plans to ensure profitability.

  • The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of our projects by monitoring construction progress, maintaining Ready for Occupancy projects, analyzing project concerns, and presenting assigned projects to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates with relevant work experience are also welcome.

  • At least one year of relevant work experience, with knowledge or interest in the Real Estate industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work at our Head Office in Makati.
