Job Description

Plan project execution by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex environments.

Support project success by contributing to the planning process, organizing resources, and facilitating team collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

This nationwide project requires travel to various project sites across the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily project activities and track deliverables
  • Monitor project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate internal team and external partner communication
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag potential delays
  • Help track contract compliance and maintain related documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
