Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Project Coordination Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Execution:
      • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects according to plan and meet all requirements.
      • Support project teams by coordinating meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
      • Communicate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document project requirements.
    • Project Review:
      • Lead product review meetings to determine existing product features and scope for project development.
      • Track and review ongoing product development, assessing timeliness, quality, scope, and spending.
    • Project Governance Coordination and Reporting:
      • Ensure adherence to governance processes.
      • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and monitor project KPIs.
      • Drive communication between project teams and customers, applying excellent verbal and written skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management Fundamentals and People Management Skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills.
  • Time Management and Sound Judgement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least three years of experience as a Project Assistant, Coordinator, or Junior Manager.
