E-commerce Operations Manager Role Overview

This role encompasses overseeing the day-to-day operations of Amazon and other online storefronts. A detail-driven and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager is required to manage inventory, listings, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings on Amazon and similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor stock levels across platforms, coordinate restocking with the warehouse team, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using data analysis tools.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify and similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience managing niche marketplaces or consumer goods industries.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards.
