We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill the role of E-Commerce Operations Coordinator. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day digital operations, ensuring seamless e-commerce experiences, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage product inventory using CommentSold, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources, guaranteeing listings are correctly maintained.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns using pre-written scripts, focusing on abandoned cart users, repurchasers, and other key demographics.
  • Administer customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes with precision.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design captivating social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva, aligning with brand identity and campaign themes.

Social Media & Marketplace Management

  • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay, maximizing visibility and engagement.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations, including logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Canva and experience with graphic design.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools, including CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
