Overview RemoteVA is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. If you have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and are experienced with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively What We’re Looking For Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working night shifts and independently Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a big plus Tools You'll Work With Google Sheets SkuVault ConnectBooks SellerSnap Benefits Work Schedule Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (That’s 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time) Remote Setup: Work from the comfort of your home How to Apply Send your CV and portfolio to Subject Line: Application – E-Commerce Operations and Data Assistant #J-18808-Ljbffr
