Agricultural Marketing Strategist

At Leads Agricultural Products Corporation, we're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering result-oriented marketing programs to meet the needs of our customers and support the expansion and sustainable growth of our company's services and products through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision.

Digital Marketing:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain our social media presence, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • You will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs) to optimize spend and performance.
  • This role requires identifying trends and insights, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • As an Agricultural Marketing Strategist, you will utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
