This role ensures the smooth coordination of services for aged care and disability clients. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries professionally.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Care Coordinators, ensuring timely communication and accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating services for clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Evaluate clinical or case management issues and escalate them to the relevant Care Coordinator as needed.
  • Contribute to reporting and compliance with aged care and disability service standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
