Marketing Operations Coordinator Job Description

The company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to help keep our fast-paced marketing and sales engine running smoothly. This remote role provides critical support to ensure beer support materials, customer service inbox, sales requests, retail promotions, and beer data all move efficiently and accurately—especially during non-U.S. hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to messages in the company's inbox.
  • Educate customers on products and services through accurate and friendly responses.
  • Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions and ensure all materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule.
  • Manage Airtable databases to ensure beer stats, release info, and marketing assets are accurate and timely.
  • Circulate design drafts to stakeholders, collect feedback, and communicate deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication in English
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
  • Familiar with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones
