We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This part-time, remote role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys building and maintaining relationships with influencers.

This role involves tracking communications, deliverables, and campaign progress. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outreach, maintaining communication through email, DMs, and supporting influencer marketing campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
  • Track influencer communications, deliverables, and campaign progress.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
  • Provide general marketing operations support as needed for client influencer programs.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on email and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
