Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Commercial Planning group. As an Area Planning Assistant, you will provide critical support to the Sales Team, ensuring efficient operations and accurate outputs.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage all tasks related to Inventory Stock Management System (iSMS) processes, including goods reconciliation, data generation, and report uploads. You will also be responsible for daily validation of load and stock summary reports from salesmen versus stock balance in iSMS.

In addition, you will coordinate with Field Sales Force and Supervisor on Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer records. You will validate uploaded customer documents against data input in iSMS and coordinate customer admission and deactivation.

You will also generate data required for target setting and provide accurate reports to Field Sales Management in accordance with standards, guidelines, and schedule. Additionally, you will provide daily sales reports to HQ SI based on sales per salesman/sales office (DSMT - Daily Sales Monitoring Template).

Other responsibilities include managing iPads, performing administration tasks, such as maintaining hardcopy records and conducting regular housekeeping of these records following proper retention policy per Global Retention Schedule.

Requirements
  • A degree in any field is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or finance reporting is necessary.
  • Experience in building and analyzing data (forecasting, target setting) is essential.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data validation, conditional formatting, etc.) is a must.
