Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, with experience in managing remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. They will be proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Slack, and have experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot.

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule. You will also lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years of experience managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
