We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • The Data Analyst will be responsible for recording all errors made by the Medical Data Associate (Encoder), validating medical data uploaded by the Medical Data Associate (Encoder) in the system, maintaining and updating soft and hard files of Physician and Provider records, and uploading all data received in the system within the turn-around time.
  • The Data Analyst should have a minimum of 1 year experience in HMO or insurance industry, with expertise in clinical/medical terminology.
  • The Data Analyst will be required to identify and provide input to process improvements, set up in clinical planning and tracking database in a timely manner, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
