
Business Development Manager

This role focuses on the strategic deployment of a real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform for analyzing market data and driving business growth through targeted agent recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients' current business requirements and workflows to provide consultative recommendations on leveraging the BoldTrail BackOffice platform.
- Develop customized implementation plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex technical scenarios directly.
- Deliver product training sessions via remote communication tools.
- Communicate implementation progress with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of Implementation Specialists to enhance and scale internal processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in building strong client relationships is required.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
- A proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is necessary.
- Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required.
