Medical File Reviewer

This role involves reviewing medical files and providing AI-powered advice to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective care.

  • Prepares comprehensive case files and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) assigned in the client portal, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Reviews and bookmarks medical records, creating a detailed synopsis to answer medical opinion questions based on the veteran's medical history.
  • Remotely assists medical providers during scheduled appointments by:
  • Accessing, navigating, and preparing necessary apps on the medical provider's computer prior to the appointment.
  • Conducting remote interviews with veterans via approved video or telephone conference platforms.
  • Transcribing medical histories based on veterans' answers to DBQ questions.
  • Documenting physical examination findings in the appropriate sections of DBQs.
  • Completing all sections of DBQ spreadsheets after each appointment.
  • Meting with medical providers to discuss cases and determine final diagnoses per DBQ for approval of medical opinions.
  • Transferring data from DBQ spreadsheets to the client portal and submitting completed DBQs.
  • Responding to queries and addendum reports from clients' quality assurance teams.
  • Cordinating with medical providers and team members regarding daily scheduled appointments.
