We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Enterprise Coordinator will be responsible for managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client services.

  • Create a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels that exist within certain groups
  • Build Customer profiles in our own main CRM
  • Creating promotions within the main customer tool from a template
  • Building and exporting reports within reporting tools and sending these directly to external customers
  • Complete audits of customer accounts, from your own research
  • Ensure instructions are challenged and updated across various teams
  • Build templates across various tools as per instructions

This role involves building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative experience, prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
