**Job Overview**

Our team is seeking a skilled Technician IV to join our ranks. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including engineering support groups and manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on engineering activities, such as product/process qualification, test program validation, and release.
  • Performing initial validation and datalogging of reliability rejects, including preparing test programs, loadboards, and tester setups.
  • Monitoring evaluation lots and engineering samples, especially during weekends or night shifts, and providing regular status reports.
  • Communicating and coordinating with operations, flexcell, and planning teams on priorities for NPD engineering stations and driving proper endorsement of issues and activities as needed.
  • Coordinating with maintenance, operators, and supervisors on engineering setups and expediting execution of assigned tasks.
  • Routing documents for approval, such as work instructions, E-signatures, dispatch forms, gatepass, and shipping forms.
  • Managing hardwares, tooling, and engineering units inventory in the lab and implementing 5S practices.
  • Shipping tools, boards, and units, including preparation of shipping documents and packing items.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting, maintaining, calibrating, performing PM, and repairing engineering tools and equipment.
  • Pulling out and safekeeping rejects from production for engineering analysis and performing initial validation as necessary.
  • Conducting manual testing of engineering samples at the lab for urgent customer requests.

**Requirements/Qualifications**

  • Knowledge and interest in semiconductor (micro-controllers, flash memory) test methods.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, as well as leadership abilities.
  • Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with personal computer hardware and network systems.
  • Ability to work well with co-workers, volunteers, and visitors.
  • High energy levels and self-motivation, with the ability to work individually or as a team member.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of QC tools, 5S, why-why analysis, SPC, and other test methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Proactivity, taking initiative, and responsibility.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a global environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or exposure to multicultural settings.
  • Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
