Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive assistant support including calendar coordination, communication management, and comprehensive administrative task coordination
- Manage financial operations with systematic accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify invoices and prevent duplicate billing while building relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Process payroll and maintain organized documentation for smooth business operations
- Master specialized calculations and international trade management for China manufacturing transition
- Collaborate directly with leadership on administrative analysis and operational improvements
- Document processes and establish systems that prepare for team expansion

What You'll Need:

- QuickBooks expertise with systematic approach to financial accuracy and administrative process management
- Strong communication skills including comfort providing direct feedback and autonomous decision-making
- Proven ability to learn specialized processes while maintaining accuracy in current responsibilities

- Advanced QuickBooks expertise with complex multi-entity structure management experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership in international trade, manufacturing, or complex business operations
- Track record of establishing administrative and financial processes while training team members in systematic approaches
- Demonstrated success in partnership-focused work environments with flexible scheduling adaptation
- Background in gradual responsibility expansion and professional development through specialized training
- Fabric, textiles, or luxury manufacturing industry familiarity
- Experience with China manufacturing, tariff management, or trading company structures
- History of building operational foundations for expanding teams
- Bilingual capabilities or international business communication experience
