Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to spearhead our growth strategy and drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty across Australia and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate us in the SaaS market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
Preferred:
  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
