Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive brand positioning and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market.
- Scale inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase customer success stories.
- Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
- Stay agile and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
- Strategic yet hands-on – comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller – able to simplify complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
Preferred:
- Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
- Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
- Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
