Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Drive brand positioning and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase customer success stories.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
  • Stay agile and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on – comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller – able to simplify complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.

Preferred:

  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
