Chief Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice and payment processing, general ledger coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping
  • Manage billing and payment issues with timely resolution, building strong relationships across departments
  • Process corporate credit cards in accordance with internal policies and controls
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, preparing reports as requested
  • Review and audit credit card statements and charges for accuracy and correctness
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, cost reductions, and overall financial health
  • Liaise between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research and competitive intelligence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (desired)
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps
  • Trustworthiness and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
