Job Title: ERP Order Coordinator
Order Management Professional RoleWe are seeking an experienced order management professional to support our ERP system and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities- Manage Customer Orders: Input, track, and manage customer orders within our ERP system to ensure accurate fulfillment timelines.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics: Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.
- Monitor Production Timelines: Flag potential delays or issues and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support Internal Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on fulfillment timelines and resolve any discrepancies.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- ERP System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
