Operational Excellence Role

This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, building scalable processes, and driving structured improvement.

In this role, you'll drive actions to analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional processes, ensuring high-performing operational foundations. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes: Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Establish a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Develop effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation to promote ongoing learning and optimization.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Ensure processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored to support internal and external audits.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed, data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System).
