This pivotal position involves elevating and evolving operational processes to drive structured improvement and deliver measurable results.

We're looking for a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to help us streamline our operations, increase efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning and optimization.

The successful candidate will have expertise in lean methodologies and tools, strong facilitation and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science, and 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve, optimize, and standardize processes to increase efficiency and velocity across teams.
  • Identify, assess, optimize, and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently.
  • Audit and compliance support, performance tracking, and project management are also essential aspects of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in lean methodologies and tools, including A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, and Toyota Production System.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions.
