Product Development Manager

About the Role:

The Product Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving product development from inception to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, they ensure the product aligns with company goals and objectives while fostering innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to synchronize product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Define product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on evolving requirements.
  • Design and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to enhance product delivery processes.
  • Mentor and coach other product owners and team members to improve their product management skills.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Background in developing software applications or enhancing existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
