Account Resolution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Resolution Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables, ensuring timely payments are received, and resolving client billing issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivables
  • Ensure timely payments are received
  • Resolve client billing issues

Requirements:

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Background in finance or accounting is a plus
  • At least college level education
  • Minimum 1-year BPO experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in US Collections account
  • Minimum 1-year experience as QA
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Flexibility with scheduling
