Job Role Overview

The Billing Specialist role is a crucial position in achieving monthly financial targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effective management of customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Identification and escalation of slow-moving accounts for prompt resolution.
  • Monitoring of customer credit limits and assessment of new clients' creditworthiness.
  • Ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintenance of excellent business relationships and enhancement of customer retention through effective billing reconciliation and attachment completion.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivation are essential.
