Work as a remote accounting specialist where you will play a key role in the financial operations of our organization.

">Accounting Specialist Role

As an accounting specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes tasks such as entering supplier invoices into our accounting system, preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts, and generating client invoices upon order completion.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting routine collection follow-ups, issuing past-due notices and statements, managing royalty entry and submissions, and ensuring timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter all supplier invoices into our accounting system.
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion.
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. CST hours.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • General Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook).
