Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
