We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team at Hyper Future Ecommerce (Pvt) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users with computer and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and update software applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Maintain and service hardware and IT equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
- Design, implement, and manage computer networks to meet the needs of the organization.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently.
- Record and document customer or employee queries to track and address concerns effectively.
- Analyze logs to identify trends and potential issues, enabling proactive measures to prevent problems.
- Provide expert technical guidance, advice, and support to users to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
