About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia. This key role will involve delivering quality mental health services to clients and working closely with a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Network Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia, building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Candidate Acquisition: Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients, ensuring a high level of expertise and dedication.
  • Client Matching: Assess clients' needs and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database, guaranteeing the best possible outcomes.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant information in our database and ATS system, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Provider Support: Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Guidelines Distribution: Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Application Review: Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information, maintaining the trust and integrity of our organization.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Caseload Management: Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Communication Skills: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Non-local Recruitment: Experience with recruiting non-local candidates, navigating cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Database Management: Experience in database management of candidates, utilizing software and systems to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Start-up Environment: Experience working in a growing startup, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate Availability: Ability to start immediately, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
