We are seeking an experienced Catalog Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operation, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Amazon catalog to drive sales growth and improve product rankings.Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Seller Central, with experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs). They will be skilled in listing optimization and keyword strategy, with a deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize listings accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy, including titles, bullets, and images.
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets to inform optimization strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement pricing, promotions, and creative strategies.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar software is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical.
