About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Catalog Manager to take full ownership of Amazon listings and performance monitoring. This is a key role that requires managing backend listing health, driving front-end optimization, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize sales contribution and product rankings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon
  • Ensure backend settings (browse node, category, buy box, etc.) are correctly populated
  • Conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy (titles, bullets, images)
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets
  • Monitor profit and subcategory BSR
  • Set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies
Collaboration and Insights
  • Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and creative
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Provide actionable, data-driven performance reports
Requirements
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central (required)
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar softwares is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical
