Job Title: Product Catalog Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to maintain and expand our online catalog of parts and diagrams.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our website remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for customers searching for the right parts by model, series, or brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and structure product information from price books and parts manuals
  • Add and update products and parts into the system
  • Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams
  • Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories
  • Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills
  • Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • A basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is beneficial
