Product Catalog Associate Role

This is a mid-senior level Product Catalog Associate position that involves developing and maintaining product catalogs for software licensing, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and vendors to collect and validate product information, updating records in SAP, and monitoring catalog content for quality and regulatory compliance. They will also research market trends to identify new products for inclusion and manage version control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs for software licensing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to collect and validate product information
  • Update records in SAP and monitor catalog content for quality and regulatory compliance
  • Research market trends to identify new products for inclusion
  • Manage version control and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • 2+ years of related experience in master data management, product catalogue management, and/or data quality management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort/experience working with data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Data collection and manipulation experience
  • Hands-on experience working with product master data in SAP or similar ERP system
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
