Job Description

At MCI, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated agent to join our disaster relief call center team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to those affected by disasters.

This is a temporary, remote position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
