Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is a temporary, remote position that will support disaster relief efforts. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for improving the customers' experience by providing solutions to their requests.
Main Responsibilities- Apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
- You should have the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
