Disaster Relief Agent

We are seeking motivated individuals to work in a temporary, remote position responding to disaster relief needs.
Candidates selected for this role will be contacted via email and text message as needed. Work hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Apply the latest customer service techniques and learn account management systems
- Improve customer experience during difficult times
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
