Disaster Response Customer Service Representative

We are seeking temporary, remote agents to support disaster relief efforts. This role involves working with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and issues
- Learn common customer requests and solutions
- Improve the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to relevant channels
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
