They will be able to think strategically, develop and execute business plans, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities with existing and new clients
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement for new business and contract renewals
- Engage and manage clients at all levels, including C-suites across different functions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of consultative and value selling for HR/Tech consulting services
- Large volume sales experience ($350k+ per sale)
- Able to travel regularly to build relationships and close regional deals
- Strong knowledge of the APAC markets across multiple industry sectors
