Job Description:

This role is a crucial part of our organization, responsible for creating and implementing staff training programs, onboarding processes, and human resources information systems (HRIS) for multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and the ability to facilitate training in person and virtually.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, tracking employee training logs, administering and troubleshooting the HRIS system, collaborating with department leaders to customize training, maintaining orientation curriculum and training documents, monitoring training compliance, and creating reports and dashboards within HRIS for leadership and compliance monitoring.

The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR functions. A strong understanding of HR compliance requirements, project management, time management, and collaboration abilities are essential for this role.
