Job Description:

We seek an experienced Advanced Training Manager to drive and enhance our training programs. This key role involves leading the development and execution of advanced training initiatives, managing complex logistics, and mentoring a team of professionals. The successful candidate will ensure comprehensive and effective training programs, covering various channels, including voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Direct onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.
  • Assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback.
  • Create presentations for weekly meetings.
  • Ensure thorough coverage of different channels, including voice.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
