We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Risk Specialist. As a member of our Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our books and records through various monitoring, reconciliation, and error resolution activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. They will be responsible for executing operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, making suggestions on improving process efficiency, and resolving exceptions.

In this role, you will take ownership of your workload, ensuring deliverables are met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks. You will also build knowledge of department controls, aligning risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk. Strong communication skills, active engagement in meetings, and a curiosity to learn and grow are essential for success.
