
Resolution Specialist

The escalation manager plays a vital part in the support team's success. The individual will be responsible for addressing high-priority cases promptly, driving resolution while improving customer satisfaction and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs). To achieve this goal, the escalation manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
Essential Responsibilities- Manage escalated customer issues to ensure timely responses and resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor and manage the escalation process, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and management.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their needs, concerns, and priorities.
- Work closely with support teams, field teams, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles, with at least 2 years in an escalation or team leadership position.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including wireless access points, switching, firewalls, and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and organizational multitasking abilities.
