Dynamics 365 Support Role Overview

As a skilled technical professional, you will be part of a dynamic support team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth technical and business process knowledge to effectively represent the business platforms.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
  • Assist with change management and testing of business continuation plans.
  • Drive awareness of current and future initiatives by identifying training needs and developing effective training ideas and curricula.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in technology or a related area of study, or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics environments and ancillary systems.
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to solicit information, draft, and present solution proposals/requirements.
