This role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

About the Position:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, focusing on functional requirements and customer challenges.
  • Conduct sales discovery sessions to identify potential solutions, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Develop business scenarios tailored to customer needs, based on information gathered during discovery sessions.
  • Configure and test various D365 modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Master Planning, and Procurement.
  • Presentation skills are essential for providing solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  • Document proposed Solution Overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and discovery sessions.
  • Write comprehensive design documents for customizations and reports, capturing boundary conditions and including test scenarios.
  • Review and provide feedback on design documents and integration mappings written by team members.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and training sessions for clients and team members.
  • Publish engaging content as a subject matter expert, writing articles annually for industry publications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3.
  • Proven knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
