Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounts receivable professional to secure revenue generated by sales organizations.

The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, fostering positive interactions with customers. They will be responsible for managing collections portfolios, negotiating payment terms, and developing and maintaining relationships with customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in dynamic IT sales environments, and a positive attitude. A completed college diploma in accounting or finance is preferred.

  • Manage a portfolio of 300-600 customer accounts.
  • Negotiate payment terms as needed based on account status assessment.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve payment issues proactively.

The selected candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and a good understanding of fundamental accounting principles.

Requirements:
  • Completed college diploma in Accounting or Finance, or related experience.
  • Two to three years of corporate collections experience focusing on medium to enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience with accounts receivable escalation processes and resolving account issues.
  • A good understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
