Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced revenue cycle management trainer to develop and deliver training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, claims processing, and financial revenue cycle operations within the U.S. healthcare system.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing RCM training programs tailored for professionals with an accounting background. This includes conducting live and virtual training sessions covering medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance. Additionally, they will develop training materials, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Delivery:
  • Design and implement RCM training programs tailored for professionals with an accounting background.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions covering medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least one industry certification (preferred): CRC, CPB, CHF, CMR, CMRS, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or claims processing for the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching RCM-related topics is highly preferred.
